Privacy policy

Effective date: August 13, 2026. This starter policy describes the RecaPod MVP and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.

What we collect

We collect account identifiers from AWS Cognito, pod names, workload records deposited through capability links, their declared source and artifact references, and operational metadata needed to secure and run the service.

How we use and protect it

We use this data only to provide, secure, and improve RecaPod. Content is encrypted in transit and at rest. Deposit links are capabilities: anyone possessing one can add records until you rotate it. Raw tokens are not stored.

Your choices

You can delete records from your timeline, archive pods, and rotate deposit links. Infrastructure retention and backups may delay permanent deletion. Contact privacy@recapod.com for access or deletion requests once that mailbox is operational.
